I have a spare set of used odometer gears to repair the common 240 problem of a working speedometer but non-working odometer. %0D%0A%0D%0AIncludes all three gears (the small one that usually goes bad as well as the pod and the larger gear. FOR SALE!!! %0D%0A%0D%0AA super reliable and strong dark green two-door 1979 Volvo coupe. I have owned the car for about six years and have never required any major repairs. I have only needed to replace the clutch cable and put on new brakes. The car is in great running condition. The odometer has never run consistently- I'm not sure why, it was like that when I got it. The odometer reads 92,370 which I believe reflects about half of what I have put on the car since I aquired it in 2002 at 82,244. Included are the CD player and speakers (a few of which need to be reconnected.) I hate to sell this car but need to as soon as possible and so am willing to take your best offers. The car has also just passed the smog so it is ready and clear for sale. The body is in great condition with a few nicks in the paint only. The original color was the rusty orange color visible inside the doors and I believe the last owner painted it this nice green color. This car has never been hit or had any body work done, and has no rust (All the owners have been from the Los Angeles area). The rear brake light is cracked as is the passenger's side mirror. The 2004 XC90 T6 (76200 miles)is my fourth Volvo. We bought it to take and visit our college daughters in the winter wilds in central New York. It performed great and is THE BEST interstate/bad weather car I've ever driven. It is, however, a bit too large for my short ride to work. I still have my 1988 240DL Wagon (215000 miles and a daily driver) and my 1990 240DL Sedan (133000 miles and a weekend driver. %0D%0AThe XC90 for sale is mechanically perfect with some slight (very slight) paint scrapes on the driver side, a equally slight ding in the front passenger side fender and the normal paint condition for a car with 76000 miles.%0D%0AIf you need a SAFE, stylish, luxury car with lots of room and quick performance, this car is for you. The asking price is below book value simply because it considers the paint scrapes and dings, but otherwise it performs like a new car.

Iâ€™m finally getting around to parting out my 89 760 turbo wagon with 160k. My poor baby suffered drivers side impact damage from an illegal Mexican. The loss of my brick left me extremely depressed, and lost all motivation. I was going to save it for the parts and buy a brick in need of an engine or a tranny etc. Unfortunately I donâ€™t have enough cash on hand to do this, which is the only reason why Iâ€™m parting it out. %0D%0A%0D%0A%09Here is a list of all the parts that were brand new one month before the crash. Professionally rebuilt head, new head bolts, Mass Air, distributor, distributor cap, rotor, bougicord wires, new water pump, new oil pump, alternator, timing belt, timing belt tensioner. accessory belts, oxygen sensor, all sensors in head and the windshield. I also have an oil pressure sending switch new in bag never installed. The turbo isnâ€™t new but is in excellent shape it may have been replaced by the PO. Everything will be for sale with in the next week. Right now just the mass air. I needed it right away so I had to buy it locally and ended up paying over $200. I would like to get at least $90 Which is still about a $50 savings from fcp. Even more if you count the core charge, those cores alone are worth $$$. I can give you a copy of the receipt for the warranty which I think is lifetime. The way I will be selling it is through private ebay auctions or through local pickup. I'm selling a Volvo 240 GL, 1992, with approximately 140K mileage. %0D%0A%0D%0AIt's been a great car, but recently developed a problem: the steering is uneven. I replaced the power-steering pump, but the problem persists. The car probably needs a new rack (steering gear) assembly. I don't have the time or energy to do this. %0D%0A%0D%0AThe only other flaw is a significant dent in the driver's side door (done by the wife in her dad's car). This does not affect door opening or power window at all. %0D%0A%0D%0AThe engine is in great running shape, and has been well maintained. It's been getting about 27 MPG on the freeway. ok, I hate to let this go, but i just don't have the time anymore.%0D%0A1983 Volvo 240 Turbo wagon. this car runs and drives, but runs rich. As far as I can tell, all parts are working correctly, it just needs some adjustments and cleaning. I have also added a factory intercooler with custom made piping as well. The turbo itself is watercooled and has almost no play whatsoever in the shaft.%0D%0A%0D%0Athe doghouse is a different color, due to a run-in with a deer. However, the body is in very good condition with no rust.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe interior panels are in excellent condition as well. I have replaced the front leather seats with nice, clean cloth seats. however the rear leather seat is shot.%0D%0A%0D%0AI have TONS of extra parts for this car, including many of the difficult to find, turbo related parts...computers...warm up regulator...etc.%0D%0A%0D%0AAlso, all of the front end parts have been replaced including ball joints, tie rods and ends, and sway bar bushings.%0D%0A%0D%0AI want this car to go to someone who can use it and not just send it to the crusher. Original interior, original everything but the paint, and that needs repainting. Just can't keep it up anymore, really hate to let it go. Runs like a top, had a valve job done a couple summers back. Original owner, no wrecks but a scrape/dent on passenger door when someone backed up and scraped it with their bumper. New eng./ing. wiring harnesses,head gasket, battery, master cylinder and fuel pumps & relays. Engine runs good, OD works well. Needs brake pads and will need tires. Front seat needs to be recovered. A/C works but stopped blowing cold - needs a recharge ? No rust that I can see. Excellent candidate for a restore. Lots of other new parts.

1995 Volvo 850 Turbo%0D%0AThis car currently runs and handles great, and averages 27mpg on the freeway. It currently has a â€œSalvage Titleâ€. The original owner salvaged it due to the engine â€œblowingâ€. The engine was replaced with approximately 170,000 miles on it. The ejectors and fuel pressure regulator are both new. All the rubber tubing on the engine has also been replaced. The automatic transmission currently has a leak from the seal, so needs to be monitored. The air conditioning also needs to be checked out. I am selling this, because I purchased a new Volvo. The interior and body are in nice condition, with a few small dings. The car was just put in â€œnon-opâ€, so license and smog will have to be done. Also included is an original "Volvo Performance tuning the B18 series Volvos". VERY hard to find!! I'm selling these as a set and will not break it up. A word on the magazines - they are ALL in very good condition - no tears, folded, loose or missing pages. They include June 1963, September 1963, October 1963 and June 1964. Besides the Volvo engine build, there are articles on racing all over the World, car shows, road test and some of the neatest ads from the period, including Ford's new 1964 Mustang. A fantastic snapshot of the early '60s racing and car scene. "Sports Car Graphic" later became "Car and Driver" magazine. Hours and hours of enjoyment and a must-have for Volvo nuts! 1990 Volvo 740 Wagon with Mustang 5.0 HO V8 and Ford T-5 5-speed manual transmission. The car has 184,500 miles on it. It started life as a turbo so has the blackout trim. The car is a dark grey.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe engine is from a 1989 Mustang and has 67,500 miles. The transmission was rebuilt and has 47,500 miles. I have owned the car for 10 years. The conversion was done professionally by Ken King of South Portland ME.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe 225 HP engine is basically stock with the exception of JBA headers. It has IPD sway bars both front & rear. The wheels are the factory alloys and the tires (Continental CH95) have about 24K and are in good shape.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe A/C was converted to R134a and works well.%0D%0A%0D%0AOK, now for the warts. The headliner needs replacing badly but the leather seats are in good shape as is the carpeting . There is some rust on the passenger side door skins but not on the rocker panels. The paint is decent for an 18 year old car. I have to add a quart of oil about every 800 miles but no visible smoking. There are a couple of cracks on the dashboard.%0D%0A%0D%0ALike every Volvo it has its quirks. For example, the blower fan motor will chirp when making right hand turns.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe car runs great and starts easily. It's a lot of fun to drive and has gobs of torque. This choice to repair the rear bumper resulted in a â€œsalvaged title.â€ Only cosmetic damage was done and we had Krafts Autobody, one of the best body shops in town, do the work. Their body repair has held up nicely, and we have paperwork to demonstrate the above.%0D%0A%0D%0AFor a car of this age, the body and interior are in great shape. There are some spots where the paint is thinner on the exterior, some scratches, etc. On the interior there are some marginal snags in the nylon and vinyl. All in all these are Mickey Mouse issues. %0D%0A%0D%0AIf you are looking for one of the most solid and well cared for 240s in Santa Cruz, this is it. Dennis, the classic Volvo mechanic on 17th St., has said that he rarely sees these 240s in the shape that this one is in. %0D%0A%0D%0ABonus: if interested, we will give you a rack that could be used for surfboards, skis, kayaks, etc. 240s love to haul surf boards. For sale is a 1967 122 wagon in original unrestored condition. If you've been looking for that perfect wagon to restore this is it. This was a one owner car (I'm the 2nd) which grew up in California and retired to Arkansas. I bought it from an estate after it sat in a barn for 15+/-years. Car is white (original paint) with tan interior and virtually no rust (some minimal surface rust only). It needs all rubber replaced, parts are included in the sale. Brakes have been rebuilt, new shocks, exhaust, re-built carbs, gas tank, etc. Car is running and roadworthy but paint is thin is places and it is not weather tight. I had planned on rstoring this car but have decided to focus on my 1800 instead. Have service manual, owners manual and original sales recipt. I was tempted to list it as excellent, but the paint does have a few scratches (otherwise it's shiny), someone slightly overloaded the trunk, etc. Engine is silent with recent new belts (timing belt at 77,000 when I bought it 5 yrs ago); smooth acceleration and shifting; new rear shocks, front brakes/rotors; oxygen, overdrive, reference sensors; struts, starter, water pump, exhaust - all receipts. Odometer's been overhauled. I would keep it, but a newer vehicle offer was irresistable and the wife was pressing. Might keep it anyway, but will consider reasonable offers. This car came from Arizona in 2000,Was hardly driveen in winter and I Have had it since 2005.It has not been on the road untill 2008 because I didnt get around to fixing it untill '07.It has B-21F Engine with AW-71 Auto Trans.%0D%0AI have replaced the Rack and pinion,outer tie rod ends,All 4 front brake hoses,LH caliper,front and rear pads,repacked front wheel bearings, Rear shocks,Master cylinder,Radaitor and hoses,Oil pan,Gasket and valve cover gasket.It has 4 new all season BF Goodrich tires with less than 800 MI on them.The AC does not work,The Orginal Volvo radio dosent work.Dash has the typical cracks in it.Blower motor is quiet and works on all speeds,rear demist works.It has Crank up windows and Cloth seats.Drivers seat back has rip in it,and lumbar adjustment is broken.I have extra seat back with parts to fix this.Rear seat has the seam in front where cloth and vinyl attach is splitting but there are no tears in cloth.IT had cruise controll but it was gone when I bought the car.Runs and drives great.Both rear wheel wells are solid with no holes,trunk is solid,Floorpan is in great shape with no holes.Small rust patch on bottom front fender on Passenger side,misssing trim on front fender by bumper and curve piece by rear bumper.Crease on LH rear fiender.Runs excellent,Cruises great on Highway.I can send more pictures of floor pan and fenders

Have admired the 780 for many years now, and just now decided to actively search for one. What I have to offer is for trade.
