I do not see a fuse nembered 103, I did see a 20 amp fuse in the main fuse box with a label fuel pump and coil. It looks Ok but I replaced it anyway. I do not hear the fuel pump so I guess I have to remove it. THE FUEL filter I REPLACED AT 110,000 I NOW HAVE 210,000 IT IS DUE BUT I DON'T THINK THE CAUSE.
