Engine power loss V70-XC70 1998

The relay is under the black fuse cover. You have to undo the 4 T25 screws and lift off the cover. The 103 relay is nice and pink!

Grab a short piece of wire and pull out the relay. Jump connector 87 and 15, that should turn on the fuel pump when the key is on. Let's hope that works, the fuel pump is major bucks in the awd cars.

Some suggest tapping on the relay first with the plastic handle of a screwdriver, just to wake it up. The soldering gets old and brittle, so if you know how to solder, remove the cover on the relay and fix it your self.
