Thanks Klaus. I tried again after letting the car sit all day - no luck. 'Went ahead and bought a new ignition coil (never been replaced), distributor cap and wire set (replaced 100+ K miles ago). Someone else mentioned MAF and crank position sensor - not sure I understand how either would affect start-up. Any info would be appreciated.
