The car passed the emissions test in November...before all of this happened. The sticker is good until 2016. Not that it'll mean anything to someone who lives outside of Jersey, though.

I'm not sure about the AWD, if the prop shaft was removed, or if the system just doesn't work. The PO said it was "disconnected", but she didn't indicate how.
