They can be found online a bit cheaper. Just make sure it is for a 1998 V70. Call the dealer parts dept and ask for their price.

Pull out the radio, then reach down behind the flasher unit and push it out of the dash. If you are good, you don't even have to unplug the radio! Once the flasher is loose, shove the radio back in and then unplug the flasher. The new one just pushes back into place.
