Well, I did the timing belt and water pump job not long ago and was able to view the seals and it wasn't them. Seems to me to be coming from the small tube that comes out of the oil fill opening. I replaced the cap seal and no change...that's why I suspect pcv but I dunno.. I'm not that good with these newer Volvo's...
