steering rack

Turbo/non-turbo doesn't make a difference as far as I know. But, you need to know if it is TRW or SMI. The
TRW boots will have TRW stamped in the rubber. The rack itself will have France (SMI) embossed on it, or UK for TRW at the bottom of the rack.

There are 'recondition' firms, but you need to know if it is SMI or TRW before ordering complete racks or seals.
