Smoke at turbo V70-XC70

First of all, Thanks! You stated that my LPT should generate 12-14 psi and I'm registering less than 10 psi. Should I be concerned?

I do have a raft of vacuum lines to replace and very curious about cleaning the PTC! Is there be an O-ring that seals the compressor housing to the main body?

Placed a FCP order for the IC hose and two turbo related sensors, can I use local auto parts for vacuum hose?

Can I do a meager application of Seafoam to the intake, being careful to avoid Hydro lock?

Thanks for all your help and have a "Happy and safe New Year"!
