LPT should be less than 10 psi.

Matthews Volvo site has a good tutorial on replacing the piping for the PTC

I would ignore Seafoam to clean the intake unless you know the valves are extremely dirty. An Italian "tune up" works just fine. Just remember, 5500 rpm in 2nd gear = 55mph.

So long as the vacuum hose has the same inside diameter as stock.
