You don't need any special alignment tools unless you've separated the cam sprockets from their respective cams, which I don't think you've done as you only mentioned replacing the crank seal. It just sounds like one or more shafts crept a bit while you had the belt off.
If you currently have the T-belt on then hand-crank the engine clockwise until the crank sprocket timing marks align. Then look and see which way each cam sprocket needs to rotate in order to align them with their respective marks.
Ignore all the stuff you may read about preloading the VVT hubs. There again, that's only something that is required if you've separated cam sprockets/hubs from the cam shafts.
