Crankshaft Sprocket misaligned? V70-XC70

I did replace all the camshaft seals (4) and inspected both VVT sprockets and reset the timing belt. Changed to 5W-30 and I now see axial or radial play only on the exhaust. Intake is fine!

I believe previous owners lack of good OCI's could be responsible for EXH. sprockets internal wear?

I also have more noise in the TB area, makes sense that replacement is the answer but she is running closed loop.

Any BB folks have experience with wobbly sprockets long term?
