Where can I find a fuel pump? V70-XC70 1999

JWalker,

I took a look at the FCP website. The pumps are only for FWD V70's and not the V70 XC. There is a difference. Because there is a rear transaxle, the gas tank has a "saddle" shape that requires the pump be installed at an angle. It also, unlike FWD model, with XC wagons you have to drop the rear suspension to access the gas tank. It costs a fortune to access this pump, that's why you have to be absolutely sure you have a compatible pump. Again, I have this dark feeling the absence of a reliable pump by spell the death of my '99 XC wagon which I have maintained meticulously over the years. Very frustrating. Still, thank you for your help.
