Gang -

I was changing a tire this weekend so got into the tool pouch that was supplied on my V70. There were two tools - one was the lug wrench BUT what the heck is the other thing? It looks like a giant eye-bolt.

It is meant to screw into the front bumper as an attachment for a tow-rope.
There should be a small removable panel on the front of the bumper which, when removed, will accept the eye.
