Just wiggle them as you pull them out...there will be some resistance, but it is just a lip that holds them in. I would definately replace the O rings on each injector if they haven't been pulled before. The get real brittle and can break, plus they are prone to leak in air if they are disturbed (and brittle).

They pretty much just pull right out once you have the fuel rail loosened. I have never gone to the hassle of replacing them though. Not that it is a bad idea, I just have never had the need to. You pull those fuel rails often enough on the white engines when you are doing oil trap boxes and intake gasket and the like and I have yet to see a tech replace the injector seals. If you are wondering if they are leaking just spray them down with a little brake spray clean while the car is running, if you have any change in the idle quality of the motor then you need them. The engine management system is pretty sensitive to air leaks on that car, if you had much of an unmetered air leak from the injector seals I would think that it would bring on a check engine light. Now if they are hard and brittle then by all means change those suckers out, but I find that they are usually fairly soft.

Well I do have a ECL.. code is running rich bank one. So I sprayed (lightly)
some carb cleaner looking for VAC leaks and I detect a change in idle on three
injectors and I suspect on the input to the fuel rail but it could be the spray
was getting to the 1st injector.. I ordered the O rings today as I figure I
should replace them all if I am pulling them.. I am also going to check for
        other vac leaks again.
It never fails .. these things pop up right when I need to do the emmisions
thing to get my tabs renewed!
Also have an oil leack .. looks like up by the turbo.. already replaced
the seals on the return line... maybe the input line? who knows.
Oh yeah and the secondary air injection is popping a code now too..
just rplaced the airpump 6 months ago or so... hoping it is just a hose popped
        lose or something...
