illumination bulbs V70-XC70

I am trying to find illumination bulbs for my radio/cd/casette player for a 1999 V70 GLT. I believe the unit to be an Alpine? Help

Thank you to all that replied. I now have several options to work with, one of them will work I'm sure.

well there is a thread on this site. check the Archives/2001OCT/10085796.shtml.
There are 6 lamps. They are soldered in. If you are uneasy about tearing this radio apart, I advise live with it. This why I always keep the dash light very low. But, I dont drive that much at nite. You might also check into www.sweedespeed.com, there is also more info. good luck---

use the same light bulb as either the seat heater switch or sunroof switch. those switches should have the short white socket, some switches have the long white socket. use the short, take the face plate off carefullt and you will see some black "x" that are round those are the lights remove and insert the new white socket lights and you are done and have new radio lights.
