Does anyone know what causes the emission control light (green triangle) to come on ? It's accompanied by an annoying part throttle misfire on my '94 440GLT - 2 litre.

Turns out it was a broken wire in the connector for the throttle position sensor. Heck I probably needed an o2 sensor anyway.

If I recall, that light is for the Oxygen (O2) sensor going out.
