Mine has dinky little white plastic screw adjustments for height--you can turn it with your fingers. It comes right out the back of the headlight housing. Don't think there's anything you can do about lateral direction. Be careful turning the screw as the plastic it's threaded through gets brittle and will simply come apart. If that happens, you can do what I did as a temporary fix--cut a piece of rubber heater hose, wrap it around the screw (may need a smaller piece to snug onto the screw itself) then jam it into the hole left by the disintegrating piece. Mine's been that way for several months and is holding steadier than it did the whole year before (but that's because the dealer had broken it and tried to lie about it).
