Suggestions for codes 212, 214, 314? 850 1993

On my '93 850 with 315k miles had the CEL come on today after about 10 minutes. Checked the codes (and meaning) and they are:

A2 - 212 - front HO2S signal missing
A6 - 214 - Engine speed (RPM) sensor signal missing sporadically
A6 - 314 - Camshaft Position sensor (CMP) signal missing or faulty

Cleared codes and so far they haven't come back.

Car running probably to good of late, so quite possible it has been saving up a bunch of issues for me but 3 sensors going at once!? And figures didn't do it last week when temps close to 50 now looking at 20s this week. Did plugs, dist, rotor, tranny flush etc about 10k ago.

Any ideas on what might be going on? I've seen some posts about old batteries causing strange issues - and date on mine appears to be late 1999. Also thinking ground?

Other ideas?

Ken

    Suggestions for codes 212, 214, 314? 850 1993

I would check the wire connectors. The 214 and 314 will not trigger the CEL by themselves, the O2 sensor will. Your front O2 sensor may be on its last legs, but check the wiring first. I know, it's a pain when it is cold outside, so wait for the weather to warm up above 40F.
Check the codes every week for a while to look for strays,

    Klaus
