seat travel S70

Anyone have problems with the seat not going far enough back? I have an S90 (which is fine and I'm 6'3") but the wife drives a S70 and even she finds the seat does not travel far enough for her (she is 5'11"0, I find her car somewhat cramped. She has the power seat (as do I in my s90) and it does not seem to go far enough back. I have driven 850's and not found this problem. Any idea if there is an adjustment? The passenger seat is manual and it does seem to go farther back, but it is hard to tell for sure as there are no pedals on that side.

Both my '99 70-series Volvos go back *just* far enough for my comfort (5'8" with disproportionately long legs). Same with my '90 780.

My '97 850, on the other hand, with non-power seats, could easily go back way too far for my comfort. I always assumed it a difference between the mechanisms of power vs. manual seats, but there may be model-specific factors as well.

I''m 6'3" with long legs and I find the space in my car is OK, although it does have power seats. I would always hit my knee on the 240's console, which I found annoying. But the V70 is OK. I mean I know my car is shorter than a '98 Camry but I'm a big guy. So no, I can't complain.

Are you sure there isn't something stuck in the track, like a coin? Have you pulled the seat out (4 bolts, be careful of the side airbag) and cleaned and lubricated the tracks?
