Seems a nipple could be installed that will allow the water to drain after it gets full...may be a mess, so a hose between the engine and firewall down to under the car would be a good idea, I would think. Once it drains, the nipple seals back up so you don't loose any vacuum. I would hate to forget to drain it and so it this were automatic, that would be an excellent feature.
