Tachometer doesn't work 850

Thanks for the help to every one. Does some one had a non working tachometer?

    Had a tach fail on a 740. When I pulled it out, it was quite complex and way beyond me as far as trying to troubleshoot/repair it. Found an almost new one on ebay for about $10. If I remember, the one on the 740 did have a couple plug in connectors. I'd guess the 850's does too. May pull it and make sure something isn't loose.
