Strut Spring seat failure 850

Hi! I had the right front spring seat fail twice with in 8 months. When the spring seat failed the first time * months ago I had the struts replaced with touring class from Blistine (sp) along with the spring seats and strut mounts. The left side is fine but the right side just keeps giving out I got the spring seats from FCP Groton and they sent me replacements free of charge, pretty cool of them since I live in Korea, but they keep failing. Could Some parts be missing like a washer or bumberstop? Any help would be welcome

    I read a similar post over on Swedespeed about failing spring seat bought from fcpgroton. Don't know why. Some suspect that groton just got a bad batch. Go to www.shox.com and send them an email or call them. They don't have them on their site, but they do sell spring seats. I bought mine there about a year ago and have not had any problems at all.
