radiator leak S70

Two weeks after I bought my 99 S70 I notice anti-freeze leak. There is a small hole on left inside toward the top(as you face the car). The hole is very small and the fluid is coming out under a lot of pressure. The hole is actually in a flat area. Can this be repaired? The radiator is PVC, so didn't know how to proceed. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Because the hole is in the plastic, it is not repairable. Scout the web for a new OEM radiator. It sounds like the PO added water and let the car freeze.
This is a good time to replace the antifreeze and flush the tranny. BTW, if there is a dealer close by, spend the extra money and get Volvo antifreeze. Some of the antifreezes on the market don't work well with aluminum and plastic.
