P0452 is Evaporative Emission System Pressure Senosor/Switch Low
Can't find the other one...you sure you posted it correctly? P0118 is your temp. sensor.

1999 V70 DTC codes P1081/P0452 V70-XC70

Hi,

P1081 is teh correct code, I have access to alldata and it describes the problem as "The engine control module (ECM) has previously detected a fault in the communication between the immobilizer and engine control module (ECM).

Visually check the immobilizer terminals and connections"

I am trying to figure out where the the connection they are referring to is.

Have you tried the key ingition ring. This has the immobilizer built into it and is often the concern of other posters here and on other boards. Try resetting the code and wiggling your ignition switch with key in it. Also good to lock the car from the inside (with door closed) a couple of times without the key. Good luck although what I posted may not helps.
