Ignition switch dying? 850 1996

Greetings, 96 TWagon w/ 145k miles. Took key out today & the radio & HVAC system stayed on but NOTHING ELSE. Wiggled key to no avail. Car appears to start & run okay, except for this problem.
Is my ignition switch going out? If so, I don't see them on FCPGROTON or IPDUSA websites. Is this a dealer-only item? Many thanks. -Jim

I think there may be a recall on this. May be free, but I would check. It was on both my 97's.

They want $60 for it. the dealer price is $70.
