Changing the upper rear engine torque rod bashing 850

Hi, I found that the torque rod bashing (part # 9434288) was torn and might cause weird sound when I accelerated the car. I order a 3-pc urethan bashing (part # 9434263U) to replace it. I was told that 3-pc urethan saves labor time compared to a 1-pc rubber bashing. But I couldn't find any instruction how to change it. Any help from someone who have replaced the bashing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks as always!

    Where did you get the poly bushing (since it isn't OEM Volvo, you must have gotten it from some aftermarket supplier)? If you got it from (for example) IPD, you can call them and ask for instructions -- they're very helpful in this regard.
