1996 rear Caliper bracket problem 850 1996

Hey Brickboarders I had some BAD luck and need your direction. I was replacing the Rotors on my 1996 850 turbo wagon, and the right rear caliper bolt, (top bolt) broke off in the bracket. I drilled it out and then the tap i was using broke off in the bolt. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Can the car be driven a SHORT distance to a mechanic shop with one bolt in the rear caliper? can the bracket that the caliper bolts to be replaced? Any ideas for drilling out the broken tap?
