Intermittent electrical problem - turning ignition locks the doors! 850 1995

Help!

Every 6 months or so, when I attempt to start my 1995 850T Wagon, nothing reaches the starter but the doors lock! Dealer after dealer can't find the problem - which I assume has something to do with the built in alarm system.

Anyone else have a similar problem?
