Source for Stainless Steel Tag Nuts? S70 1998

Anyone have a source for stainless steel acorn nuts for my tag. The stock nuts rust after about 3 years. I believe that they are 6mm x 1.0.

I found them at Home Depot! They only had six so I might have to wait until they restock to get the whole set.

I doubt that the HD nuts are stainless.
I got some there and they rusted as well.
Take a small magnet when you go shopping.
Presently have zinc plated ordinary nuts on my plates.
Lowes does not have them either.
I can't find them listed at McMaster Carr.

They definitely had stainless steel printed on the bag. There was only one acorn nut per bag at .49 per nut.

I got tired of looking for SS nuts and settled on nylon replacements. Found 'em at Sears hardware but other places have them too. Used the white ones but black was available too.

I just get the rust off and repaint them. Have a few extra's laying around if you want them. Just send me an email.
