S70 Rims- What size?? S70

Hi
My wifes S70 currently has stock 195/60/R15 on it. My question is, has anyone ever put on 205/65/R15 thier S70? Had any issues with rubbing etc? Thanks Mike Forsyth

I always run 205/65/15s on my S70AWD. The ride is good and the speedometer calibration is spot on. No rubbing problems at all. I think the AWD sits a little higher than the FWD models though.
I like the slightly taller sidewall for ride and wheel protection.

Why 205/65? This will be much larger diameter than your current tires and will put your speedometer out. The standard rims are 6.5 inches wide. This makes a 195 tire very stable and a stable tire handles well but does not ride very well. I would suggest you put 205/55 or 225/50 tires on. The 205 should not rub the 225 might. Check some specs for tires and pick the narrowest tire you can find. Make sure the rim width is the same as making the rim wider also widens the tire slightly.
