Indep Mechanic in Seattle/Eastside S70 1998

Any recommendations for an independent mechanic in the Seattle Metro area - Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynwood ideally.
CEL with a P0167 code - need an expert opinion.

I can recommend a shop on Greenwood Ave in Seattle, they found a problem on my 240 that I chased for a while (bad injectors). Not sure how much they do on the FWD cars but I would definitely call them.

Sorry, I posted about a decent dealer, Sandberg (heard good things about them on the volvospeed.com boards, but then realized you wanted an indy, so I deleted what I originally posted. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
