Low A/C side V70-XC70

Where is the low side valve for R134 refil on V70 ?

Depends on which model...changed on '01 and newer...but on older V70's it's right behind the passenger side headlight...look for a black cap that says either 6 or 9Nm. Unscrew it and there's your low side. There is no accesible high side.

Low A/C side V70-XC70

Yep, if there is one seriously stupid design flaw in the v70, this is it IMHO. No giving a high side port so one can monitor head pressure especially when adding refrigerant is not only silly but could be dangerous. Has anyone added a high side port to thier system? I'm thinking of doing it but too many other pressing issues.
