Puzzler S70 1998

OK I'm puzzled. I posted earlier about the hum coming from the front right wheel of my '98 S70. With help from Bay 13 I diagnosed it as a bad wheel bearing (pulling the steering wheel to the left makes it louder, to the right lessens the noise). Replaced the wheel hub and the drive axle after I damaged the threads trying to separate the rusted axle spline from the hub. However the noise is still there! Anyone have any ideas?

I am going to guess that it is the wheel
bearing on the left side of the car. It
can be really challenging to determine
which wheel bearing is making the noise.
It's possible that they are both bad as they
have been known to go at relatively the same time.
How many miles on the car? 140-160K ?

    Good luck
