Despite my best efforts to maintain the leather on the seats, my driver's seat is showing some cracking etc. What are my options to replace the seating area?

Leatherique...This stuff is suppose to be the snitz. You may have to fill in the cracks (their crack filler product), sand it and then re-dye it to match. All the stuff is at their site and they are higly praised by members of swedespeed.com and volvospeed.com who have used their products.
