850 heater control head replacement 850 1994

I am needing to replace my A/C / Heater control head. What is the procedure to remove this unit? Any suggestions on where to locate a used one? Thanks

Take out the radio first. Do you have the code?

Yes, I have the radio code. Does the heater control head release from the bottom through the radio compartment? Thanks -john.

Just a couple of screws in there, if I remember correctly.
As far as finding a replacement, try Ebay. Remember that there are 2 kinds, the manual one and the ECC. As far as I know, they are NOT interchangable.

Download the 850 service manual. I'm sure others will chime in but all answers are in there...even if it is for a '95...not many changes between '94 adn '95:
