FIXED THE PROBLEM,THE PLUG THAT CONNECTS THE ABS MOTOR TO THE MAIN WIRING HARNESS,DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY, AFTER SOME MOTOR COMMAND ACTIVITY ARCING/SPARKING OCCURS SENDING ADVERSE E.M.F. SPIKES DIRECTLY INTO THE A.B.S.UNIT.
DESPITE THE FACT THE CONNECTOR SHELL FITS PROPERLY, THE PINS ON THE MOTOR ASSY ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE ADIQUATE CONTACT WITH THE PINS ON THE CONNECTOR,
DURING THIS CONDITION ANY MOTOR COMMANDS,DUE TO TYRES NOT EVENLY INFLATED,ROAD HUMPS,ETC INCREASE THE PROBLEM.
THIS CONDITION ALSO EFFECTS THE AUTO GEARBOX E.C.U. AND CRUISE CONTROL.
WOULD BE INTRESTED IN ANY MORE POSTS FROM PEOPLE WITH THIS CONDITION,
ALSO IT IS ADVISABLE TO RENEW/CLEAN ALL THE CHASSIS EARTH POINTS I FOUND MANY TO BE VERY POOR, AND PAINT INSULATED FROM MANUFACTURE.
ANOTHER POINT OF INTREST,IS THE BATTERY VOLTAGE,ON ALL CARS FULL OF E.C.U. DRIVEN FUNCTIONS,ITS POSSIBLE THAT IF A WORN OUT BATTERY VOLTS DROPS TO BELOW 10 VOLTS ----YOU KNOW THE REST CHAOS/HADES.
