My 1999 s80 (95K) has developed a slight oscillating idle. I can actually see the RPM gauge moving slightly up and down at idle.

Can anyone direct me to the problem area.

Bring it to your dealer and have him repair/replace the ETM via the recall!!

Either a vacuum leak or the electronic throttle module is showing it's age.
You might want to get any stored codes read at an Autozone or Pepboys.
