Seat belt assemblies, where can I get one? 850

Howdy fellow Brickters,
So my 96 850-driver side seat belt dodaa is broken (locks up, can't move it, broken plastic pieces inside, it's a goner). I have asked around local pick and pull yards and either they don't have any that new (1991 was the newest) or they were in an accident and the seat belts were permanently locked. So I ask you, brickboard and its users, where can I get one of these assemblies?
Thanks in advance,
Blake

This is a serious safety device. You better buy a brand new one at the dealer or other supplier of Volvo parts. It will cost a lot but you don't have much choice.

Not knowing your zip code, you could try erie volvo or a number of online parts suppliers.

It is the Front seat, not the rear.

I think what the poster was talking about is that the unit has a side air bag attached to it..so it is a major issue to resell these.

i can give you more details on a 95 which is available if you email me your location .. carvlvo@hotmail.com
