I don't know what is happening with my car lately ... everytime rain for a few hours it is hard to turn on the car ... I will really appreciate any input about it.

It could be a cracked distributer cap, letting moisture in. Check your cap, rotor, and wires. And then check your fuel pump relay, listen for a click when you turn the ignition to ON.
