Hi-beam won't stay on S40-V40

Does anybody know why my hi beam doesnt stay on? All my lights seem to be working fine. I wondered if something broke inside the steering wheel.

    You sure you don't have your lights off and are really running with DTRL (Day Time Running Lights)? If this is the case, then your low beams work but your highs won't and neither will your fogs.
