Shimmy in front end V70-XC70 1999

I have a shimmy in the front end of the car starting about 65-70. It seems to be a kind of hop to the front tires. All tires have been spin balanced in place and the car has been aligned. The place I bought it from says they can find nothing wrong. Any body else dealed with this? Also the car seems to bottom the suspension pretty easy and pretty harshly, kind of a stiff ride feel really. Is this the normal feel for these cars?

How many miles? I have had the same issue on my '98...just a very faint vibration with all suspension parts working fine and in good shape...then I discovered that the lower torque mount bushing is broken...this is the one that looks like a belt buckle at the front of the car right under the front of the engine/transmission...at least it's on the driver's side. You can see it easily from under the car. It has two round bushings on it...one smaller than the other. Check it out to see if it's broken like mine.
