Screeching sound at startup V70-XC70 2000

Hi,
I have a 2000 V-70 2.4 - when I start moving there is a slight screeching sound that goes away. The mechanic I took to told me to wait till it gets worse to be able to diagnose.

Any suggestions on what may be causing it. Don't know if this is connected, but I started noticing this after I got the tie rod replaced and the wheels re-balanced.

It is probably the serpentine belt that is slipping and it needs to be replaced. It has nothing to do with the tie rods or wheel balancing.
