slight abrasion on XC bumper: remedy?

Hi,
Just noticed a slight abrasion(scuff mark)on the bumper of my wife`s recently purchased XC, likely as a result of parking lot wars.
Any product out there that will cover this mark or at least diminish the "scar"?

    How large? How deep - through the clearcoat or through the color coat too? If it's good sized you pretty much have to spray it - clear only, or color and clear. Dealer or auto paint dealer should sell the paint.
