Can I change tire size? V70-XC70 1998

My '98 V70 is currently running 195 60R15, but I've got a bad one, so I need to put on two tires. I have a set of 4 215 60R15 with very few miles on them. Does anyone know if I can switch out 4 tires to the new size? I'm not sure if the wheel wells will accomodate the new size or if there will be a problem with steering clearance.

Look at volvospeed. Some where they discuss maximum tire size, with pictures.

You will get plenty of response if you ask there.
