Anyone know where I can buy a new ABS modul for a 99 xc for less than $600? Volvoworld? I don't know where to look. Already had it rebuilt to no avail.... Help. Any cheaper alternatives out there?

Who rebuilt it? Did your diagnostic codes say you needed a new controller or just one wheel sensor? Victor guarentees his fixes for life.

Victor rebuilt mine and has not responded to my e-mails beyond the first one indicating that I have had a problem. Perhaps he is on vacation?? I am told with the newer cars that it is not always a fix?

I just "talked" to Victor last week. He is extremely busy and trying to get ready for his annual 1 week vacation the first week of August.

What is wrong with your ABS? Just that the light is on? Have you had the codes read at your local autoparts store?

There is a guy in California who rebuilds them for about $150. They are better than a new one. Search the brickboard.
