install/removal of 3rd row seat 850

If a wagon does nNOT have a 3rd row seat install in the rear, what kind of floor boards does it have in the cargo spcae? Are they the same as the ones attached to the third row seat? In other words, if I am installing a third row seat do I just attach the seats to the existing baords in the car, or do I need special boards that are specifically designed for the optional seat?

    The board come with the seat. It has been 8 years since I installed the 3rd row seating in my V70, so I don't remember exactly, but at least one of the boards and carpeting came in the kit, maybe both. You also have to cut into the right rear seat back to install a plastic bracket that guides and holds the seat back when you raise it.

    It did not look like an installation that could be removed gracefully and installing a used one most likely would mean missing pieces, unless you were sure to get absolutely everything.
