Clunk in rear wheel S70 2000

I have a 2000 S70. When I back up some times I get a loud clunk in the rear wheel. I jacked it up and the right wheel rolls free but the left wheel binds when I roll it to the rear. What am I in for here.

It is probably the emergency brake shoe out of position. Not a big deal to have inspected/fixed. But, if the shop finds that you have a stuck brake cable, they will charge you a lot for replacement. Either use your e-brakes every time you park, or never use them. They tend to rust if not used and then stick.

Just a thought, but possibly your emergency brake or caliper are not completely disengaging.
