Running rich after t-belt change S70

Hi all, changed the t-belt in my wifes 99 S70 and it threw a code P141 oxygen sensor (that p141 is from memory) anyway, car is running a little rougher and spitting a little black condensate out the tailpipe. Any hints...thanks in advance. Mike

Your timing is off slightly. Probably the manual tensioner was not set for the right temperature or your a tooth off on the belt. Take the cover off and see...the needle on the tensioner should be straight up in 70degree temperature. If you did this with lower temps, then you were guessing and I'd bet it's off. A heated garage would be the place to check it if possible. Also check your timing marks.
