Driver side window issues S80

'01 s80
driver side window is very slow going down. As the weather gets colder, sometimes the window does not move at all. (not frozen!)
Is this something that I can fix relatively easily? Any parts to order?

    If the door rattles when closing, it could have a broken window guide. But, the only way to diagnose your problem is to remove the door panel and find out what is wrong.

    The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are a 95 854T and a 98 V70R :)
